ABOUT
Dr. Michael W. Craige is the founding director of the CiDrep SickKids Foundation. Since its establishment in August 2017, Dr. Craige has played a pivotal role in extending critical financial support to families seeking medical assistance and oversees the organization, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources. Dr. Craige's work is focused on philanthropy leadership, to help families with sick kids raise funds when insurance and other financial resources get exhausted.
Through his leadership, Dr. Craige has laid a solid foundation for the Foundation's accomplishments in financing pediatric health and positively impacting the lives of ailing children. Collaborating with corporate partners, individual benefactors, and dedicated volunteers, he aspires to offer essential assistance to children in need and forge a future where all sick children can access the requisite care, recover, and find solace during challenging times.
He's currently a Prostate Cancer Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey in the Department of Biomedical and Health Sciences. He is a member of the NSF 2021 CCC/CRA Computing Innovation Fellows (CiFellows).
